Ive been wondering why I wake up at night so often so when I saw this app I decided to try it. I ran it last night and was pleasantly surprised at how well it works. You just start it running, then turn off the phone by the top button (these instructions are clearly dislayed on the app as well). In the morning it had recorded 29 disruptions and my battery was only down about 25%. It was easy to go through and listen to each distraction and categorize them. I wish the app had more types of disruptions, as well as being able to add my own. Once categorized, it would be nice to have some type of graphing feature so you could see over time the most types of distractions and the time of night. Anyway, great idea for an app. I look forward to using this every night for a while and seeing if I can make changes to reduce the numbers of distractions. At my advancing age sleep is so important.
